These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and PKR89 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "pkr89") governing your access to and use of the PKR89 website located at pkr89.cam and all associated content, services and features made available through it.

By accessing, browsing, registering on or using the pkr89 platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines, rules or policies published on the platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the pkr89 platform:

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. Cancellation of a placed bet is not permitted except in circumstances explicitly provided for under specific market rules (e.g., void bets due to match abandonment in cricket or football markets).
• PKR89 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a system error, obvious pricing error or technical malfunction.

• Users agree that game outcomes determined by the platform's certified random number generator are final and binding.
• Live betting markets may be suspended or settled at the discretion of the platform's risk management team. Bets placed during a suspension period may be voided.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not extend to the reproduction, distribution, modification, public display or commercial exploitation of any platform content without prior written permission from PKR89.

Any unauthorised use of platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and could constitute a criminal offence under applicable intellectual property legislation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PKR89, its directors, employees, affiliates and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Financial losses incurred through gambling activity conducted on the platform.
• Loss of data, account access or functionality resulting from technical interruptions, maintenance downtime or cybersecurity incidents outside our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, content or illustration published on the platform, including illustrative PKR figures, game RTP percentages or payment processing time estimates.
• Any act or omission of a third-party payment provider, game content provider or data feed partner.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

PKR89 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the platform with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the platform after any amendment to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and, if applicable, contact support to close your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform's operating entity is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction.
